PostSubject: Anyone testing or tested a lowered tezz/is200.....   Sat Aug 08, 2015 12:54 am

Well lads, have the Lexus in for test next week. Have it lowered 55mill all round on springs. My question is can the rear wheels be aligned enough to pass the test when it's this low or will it arch ? Also I've trd bumpers all round and I'm worried about the boys slamming the car over ramps and making bits of them. Basically looking for anyones opinion or experience that's been in my situation. Thanks lads.

I have mine on coil overs a lot lower than 55mm at time of its last test 2012 haha
as long as the wheels point straight with the steering wheel don't worries about it
the ramps the nct use aren't to bad for lowered cars but if they do break the bumper it's not their fault

Best thing is to stick it in and see dose it fail alot less hasstle when you know what you have to sort out

Once you've 100mm clearance all round and the springs don't come loose when it's jack up you'll be grand

A friend used to test his cam with the front bumper off so they don't damage it.
Fails for visual for not having a bumper.
He then just calls back in with the bumper on and passes.
Not ideal but worth concidering.

Good job, did they say anything about it being low?

Also TRD didn't make a bumper for the Altezza! Smile

Frend put s15 for nct yesterday.

Car is very low, kitted, 10in rims and massive camber.

Tester had doubts will it fit on rollers so took it on road like all 4wd cars.

Simple.

"Elegant Sports Version" is the proper term for the standard skirts, rear and front splitter.

"Neo (or somtimes Netz) Customize Sports Version" is basically the same kit but with the Legana V1 or V2 bumper.
