My uncle used to get the sheets for compressors he was working on.

Check refrigeration supplies you might get lucky.

If you are looking for one that would do both you could go to a farm industrial place and use exhaust gasket. Last time I got some it cost about €15 for over a square foot. Other materials used in industrial applications will be too expensive for what you need.

Paper or fibre gasket will probably do for the throttle bodies and will be easy cut with a hammer or a just silicone from a tube. No need to over complicate it.
